Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 day's after the product has been received at your expenses. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. To Poetic Truth facility claims department. Please see below for email. Any error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you the (customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirmed an updated address for the product within 24 hrs. You the customer have to send shipment details before item's leaves the facility.
Please double check on size this will be your responsibility. Item can fit a littler bigger with straight fit item. Fitted item will fit a bit close please see sizing chart and detail of size.
